Frequently Asked Questions

What documents are required?

Many partner institutions request documents issued by UniFAJ and UniMAX, such as academic transcripts, proof of enrollment, attendance certificates, course completion certificates, degree conferral certificates, and course syllabi. These documents must be requested from Student Services. If a translation of these documents is required, the student is responsible for providing either a standard or sworn translation, depending on the requirements of the destination institution.

I wish to validate my diploma in another country

Many countries are signatories to the Hague Convention, which streamlines the process for document validation. This means that if both the issuing country and the receiving country are signatories to the Convention, an apostilled document will be considered valid.
