Bilingual Program
The Bilingual Program is an initiative by UniFAJ and UniMAX committed to integrating English into students' academic journeys, strengthening institutional internationalization and preparing them for an increasingly global job market.

Established in 2021, the Program has continuously evolved, with a special focus on health areas and the development of linguistic competencies applied to academic and professional contexts. The proposal goes beyond language instruction; it also aims to promote the use of language as a means of fostering cultural awareness and intelligence.

As part of this strategy, UniFAJ and UniMAX partner with Altissia, an international self-study language learning platform that offers flexible 24/7 access, personalized learning paths, progress tracking, interactive resources, and gamification strategies. The platform expands opportunities for autonomous and continuous learning, respecting each user's level and pace, making it the perfect tool for everyone's journey.

The objective of the Bilingual Program is to evolve alongside the academic community to better meet its needs and demands. Thus, believing in the transformative power of education, we work to prepare and support professionals to confidently operate in international contexts and multicultural environments, through the development of sociolinguistic competencies, expanded access to quality scientific literature, accessible academic mobility, and global collaboration opportunities.
